Ive got an issue with plugging a MPPT 150/30 into VE1 port on the colur controller.
It doesn't show up on the CCGX screen.
It has a DC to DC 450/100 on VE2 which works fine.
Do I have to configure VE1 on Services tab on the CCGX ?
The 150/30 mppt works ok when its plugged into th VE2 input.
Firmware is curremt in all devices
It seems like the ve port 1 is not working so there is a problem with the GX. There is no setting to activate or deactivate.
Did you try the 450\100 in the ve 1 as well?
There is always the option to use usb to ve direct cable if you are out of warranty.

The VE 1input doesn't display either mppt charger on the CCGX regardless of whats plugged into VE 2
even if nothing is plugged into VE 2.
