Temperature sensor with BMV712/shunt and Quatro II

I have a BMV712/shunt with a temperature sensor. I am in process of installing a Quatro II which came with it's own temperature sensor. Should I install both temperature sensors? If so, should I put both of them on the same battery terminal? My current sensor is connected to a battery positive termainal.

I remembered that the BMV sensor attached to the positive battery terminal because it powers the shunt. The Quattro sensor attaches to the negative battery terminal. Question remains; should I install both?
