since i updated to 3.30 few days ago there´s no more real time access.
No Firmware Updates possible nor Remote VEConfig (1392).
Updating the Venus to 3.31 fixes the Realtime but not the rest.

Same here, updated to 3.30. Constant error messages of Realtime update disabled due to device overload.
Forced to update to 3.31 using SD card as online update (local or VRM) was impossible.
Now 3.31, realtime is stable but further updates to let's say beta 3.40~10 is impossible.
Is your system modified? Custom software, node red etc?
Not physically.
Not even a cable is changed.
Just the firmware. Still 3.31.

You may want to do the full reset to factory process. That can help.
"Can help" I've heard many times before.
Then after another hour of intense trying to get all 154 settings back to normal it failed again.
Who pays for all this extra work?
Before we can use the channels we have to try get someone to help, we simply ask for details so we can eliminate the obvious.
So asking if any software changes have been made, for example, are there node red flows running, any of the custom scripts like serial battery loaded.
The suggestion to reset is because it eliminates any of these and provides a base working system and if that still has issues then we know there is a problem, more often than not, it comes down to software customisation, else there would be many complaints, not a couple.
Yes, it is inconvenient, but a GX doesn't have 154 settings, not a conventional one anyway. This helps troubleshoot the issue better.
I have asked if someone can take a look.
No tweaking and loads of customized settings within the standard possibilities.

Switching the system to fixed IP can help... I solved the problem this way on two systems but not sure that it works each time...
