There is a scroll bar usually. But it seems to be on mobile only at the moment. Even using the desktop site on mobile it is there

Makes no difference for me. If it did, then massively resizing the browser on a large screen would also have worked.

Does the same, it was one of the first things I tried as well. The formatting is broken, shouldn't be a big problem to fix.
