Control Control Display stays on

Since a reset in my system my both Control Control Displays stays on. In the past I could change a time in the menu when the displays goes off. But in the menu I didn`t find this menu point ?

I could change the brightness, languages ...

But no time when the displays goes off ?

What happened ?

Problem solved:

I changed to the previous Firmware and now I can adjust the time until the Screen shuts off.

But absolutely no idea why this menu point disappeared after a reset ??



Nobody from Victron here who can explain what happened?

Did you have the V3.30 beta firmware running because others have reported that this was missing on the beta test version.

I can confirm that v3.30~11, ~10 (beta versions) and some earlier versions don't have the screen saver timeout in the menu and the display never blanks. The menu item appears and screen saver works in latest released code (v3.22) and most likely all earlier released versions.

Thanks for this interesting information. But I can`t believe it. Where can I download the older firmware for the CCGX ?

@Wolle4000 You can roll back using the stored firmware as per below

or set the update feed to the latest official release. PS - works again in 3.30.13
