Multiplus II Auxiliary output (AC out 2)

System: Multiplus II 12/3000/120; Cerbo GX; GX touch 50; smartshunt 500A; SmartSolar; Orion.

I have updated all software to latest versions.

My question involves the Multiplus II Auxiliary output (AC out 2) not switching state. The manual states that after main power is applied the AC out 2 will become active after a two minute delay. This fails to happen. The Cerbo GX displays that the AC2 output is at the right voltage but no current draw. So is the Cerbo GX voltage data being displayed for AC out 2 actual measured voltage at the output terminal? Is the default condition in the manual wrong and you need to use an Assistant routine?

Thanks for your help

AC out 2 does not need a assistant to operate. Ac2 out should close after a set time period when there is power detected on ac1in and ac1 in has synced to the systems ac1 out. Ie it's connected to ac1out and the battery is being charged

You can use an assistant to forcibly close it under specific conditions but not required for default ops.
