Adding an installation to VRM.

Hello, I have Victron system with Cerbo GX which is connected to the internet and has been set to allow VRM configuration and remote console, but every time I try to add this installation this message prompts "All the administrators of this installation have been notified by an email" Kindly assist, thank you.

That means the site is registered to someone else already, usually the original installer. They will be asked to approve your application for access.

How can I sort this? because I have done several attempts but still no approval for my request.

Is the unit 2nd hand? -> ask the previous owner

Is the unit new? -> ask the dealer from whom you bought it
