Multiplus turning off diesel generator 10-15 minutes after load is on inverter

There is this newly installed Multiplus 48/3000 inverter installed at a client's place with 2kWp solar system and a 300ah battery bank. After the batteries drains later In the evening, the generator set that's suppose to charge the batteries keep going off 10 to 15 minutes when 1.5hp ac is put on. The inverter powers only the AC.

What could be the reason and how can it be resolved.

and to get better help here on community, i recommend to share more details. Like why/how is the generator stopping? Is it killed by the load? Or is an auto start stop system telling it to stop?
