I usually am at 3-12 amp hours of draw based on if the inverter is on, running espar heat, TV etc. This morning on the App is was reading 141 amp draw in the same situation and was depleting the LiFePO4 510 amp hour bank rapidly. I turned the inverter on and off and seemed to have gone back to normal. Any idea what this could be? Thanks!

How long was the high draw? If it was only short time frame I'd maybe guess a fridge compressor kicking on or something similar. If not then im not so sure.
When I looked at the app on my phone it was showing the 141 amp draw. Could not have been going on for too long since that large of draw would have depleted the battery life pretty quickly. Maybe lost a few percent. Instead of letting it keep drawing down I restarted the inverter and everything seems normal again.
Without knowing what you have wired into your setup it's impossible to say, but that is quite a draw (over 7kW if you're @48V). If you don't have any loads that large I'd be looking for a possible short circuit somewhere.
