CCGX & Multiplus 1200VA & Phoenix Inverter 1600VA

Can the CCGX be connected to any Multiplus or Phoenix including the smaller multi 1200?

It depends upon the firmware / hardware version if the MultiPlus.
The Phoenix is most likely VE.9bit, 18xxyyy firmware, this will not work.
19xxyyy / 20xxyyy firmware will work with limitations.
26xxyyy / 27xxyyy firmware is current and will work.

Thanks for your reply. So Phoenix will not work. If I order new Multis, they should have 26xxyyy / 27xxyyy firmware? Even the 48/1200VA?
