Honda EU 3000, can someone please post detailed instructions of how to wire the CCGX to my generator?

Hi. This is a hard call. You'll likely need an aftermarket '2-wire' remote module added to the Honda, and it's really beyond Victron control. Perhaps your local Honda man or generator supplier?

At the CCGX end the 'Relay' terminals are the ones to use for the '2-wire' source.

Hi @JohnC, the CCGX only has one set of relay terminals (not NO & NC) and it is currently not possible to invert the 'generator start/stop' relay function.

There is an option to invert the relay but it only relates to the 'alarm' function.

It would be good to add in this functionality (to invert the gen start/stop relay) as it is helpful with using the 'generator start/stop' function as a simple dump load controller, where the logic needs to be reversed.

Ok, the CCGX manual doesn't seem to clarify that, but I'll believe you. And edit that piece out..
