Easy Solar 12/1600 - going to alarm - how to diagnose alarm??

Have a Easy Solar 12/1600 installed with 2x victron 230Ah AGM

off grid, no internet at site, site is being rented out occasionally

recently inverter went into alarm, solid red alarm LED

used my phone to connect using victron connect, hoping to find the reason for the alarm.

inverter goes to alarm when after switching on small fridge, immediately or after some hours.

I dont know how to find out what caused the alarm on the easy solar.

it was in Float this time I visited site, previously was in bulk.

I think one of both of the batteries have an issue, but I dont know how to find the problem?

The 'Trends' section of app could be useful but i cant seem to get previous history, only data whilst Im onsite

Is this in a motorhome?

Both house and battery voltage readings are bad. Max voltage is far too high, and the lowest voltage on the house battery indicates it's been too deeply discharged at some point.

What are the values at the moment?

First suspect would be the house battery. How old is it?

How are the batteries charged?

The easy solar MPPT will have some history. This will be helpful.

This is in a small off grid cabin.

Approx 3-5years old

Solar charging via victron mppt, looks like its setup with easy solar and an external mppt, unsure why as I thought easy solar had an inbuilt mppt.

I will connect to the mppt as well and see what other data I can gather.

thanks for your comment

@75coupe

Measure the Battery Voltage. They're likely flat.

Then abandon all reliance on the BMV until you sort out the settings. Those you show aren't suited, and will show grossly exaggerated readings. Like 100% SOC on a near flat battery.

As an aside, the kWh In and Out are strange, suggesting you've been jumpering charge into them, bypassing the shunt. Had trouble before?

Time to hit the manuals, it really is, sorry..

Its starting to sound like it hasnt been properly setup in the first instance.

Ive only recently come into contact with this setup, and very much a novice with the victron product.
