Cerbo GX and VE.Bus Smart Dongle

I’m new to the Cerbo GX after buying a couple recently. One on the home off-grid setup which is fine as I have constant internet connection and the touch 70. The second one is in my car which I use as a portable power station for my caravan. This has no constant internet connection and no touch screen. With the Cerbo having Bluetooth I assumed I’d be able to connect to it with Victron Connect and control my MultiPlus-II 12/3000. I can via Remote Console but I need a network to access. Am I doing something wrong here? Am I able to turn the Multi on and off using direct Bluetooth? If no is connecting the VE.Bus Smart Dongle I used to use before the Cerbo an option?
