Ve bus issues

HI there. I've been using multiples 24v 3000kva 240ac. It was working fine until I connected ve bus with RC 45 cable. Now the inverter turns on and off. Also can't see dongle in victron connect. Any ideas much appreciated.

I assume RJ45 network cabling. Not RC

Have you tried other cables? Are the cables fully wired, some don't have all the connectors wired.

Otherwise a wiring diagram and photos would help.

Thanks for getting back to me. It's one I got with another inverter so I may have made an assumption. New to all this. Steep learning curve with victron. I'll buy another to make sure. Thanks again
