MultiPlus 5000 Stuck in Bulk

I have a MultiPlus unit that is stuck in Bulk Charge, but when measured the current is zero and the battery appears to be at Float Voltage. The unit does not achieve a higher voltage and certainly does not constant current charge? There are no fault lights and the unit operates as expected otherwise. The unit is used with flooded traction type cells so we ideally need to restore Bulk and Absorbtion charging as the battery performance is decreasing. Thanks.

I'd start by updating the firmware and re-configuring all the right values.

If that doesn't change anything, next I would measure the voltages myself and see if they match what the Multi is reporting (in VEconfigure or on your Venus device). I'd want to know the true voltage at the battery and also at the DC input terminals on the Multi.
