color control is without power

After powerfailure multiplus keeps saying low battery.

The color control and bmv have no monitor.

I think you need to check fuses, wiring, circuit breakers. Use a meter to identify where the problem is.

Fuses are ok!

Visual inspection of wiring is ok. No Marks of burning and no evidence of damage. Should I open the multiplus? Are there fuses inside?

All fuses checkt with multimeter and are Ok!

No power to color control and BMV. Battery fully charged so it seems all works fine except monitoring.

Correction…when system is disconnected from the grid all power is down.

Any more suggestions?
