Victron monitor indicates different to baintech battery

Hi

I have a new van. Victron monitor/ charging setup. We are parked under a tree in cloudy conditions.

Victron says we are at 48%

Baintech app for battery is saying 23% each of batteries 2x200ah lithium each.

I'm concerned we are going to damage our batteries, can victron monitor be incorrect?

Thanks

Tom

@Tom_name It's likely the BMV has not been set up correctly.

Have a look at this video.

Charged voltage, absorption voltage - 0.2v

Tail current 2~4%

Charged detection time 3 min.

Peukert 1.05

Charge efficiency 99%

Charge your batteries until the charger goes into float, the BMV will reset the Soc to 100%.
