Remote VEConfigure: Error: 'file open error'. Error code mk2vsc-50

VEConfigure via Color Control GX for MultiPlus 48/5000/70-100 use to work. Now get the above error when trying to download the settings.
Reconfiguring Multiplus with MK3 to USB interface failed but succeeded with old MK2 to USB interface. (I suspect MK3 to USB interface faulty) Reconfiguring did not resolve 'file open error'

I think I found the problem: I replaced the CCGX and now remote VEConfigure works again. Looks like fault was in CCGX!
