Color GX reboots anytime a button is pressed

Screen times out, press a button to wake the screen up and it reboots before showing the screen. VRM indicates that it is reporting while the screen is dark.

Have you already done all the basic checks such as power connections etc. behind the unit? If you are comfortable to do it, you can also open it up and check for any dirt, water ingress etc.

Probably needs to go to a dealer for repair.

Might be worth double checking power connections are good and secure. I once had an issue where the CCGX would reboot from time to time when a contactor mounted to the same wall was switched. Turned out that the fuse holder for the CCGX power supply line had cracked and the physical jolt from the contactor was just enough to disrupt the power and cause the CCGX to reboot.
