Filax 2 Transfer switch failing

hey guys actually i was trying to make my solar system works properly, but my filax advise me that it doesn't receive the priority source, so it says: "priority source fault" what should i do?

If I look at the photo I see two black wires going into the priority connector. Where are these two wires coming from? Is it an AC source?

Have you measured if there is a voltage on the connector?

Could it be that phase and neutral are swapped?

Why is earth not wired?

As a test you could swap two AC inputs over and see if you still get the same fault.

Also, I see that you have swapped phase and neutral wires on the other two connections. To "L" the phase wire needs to be connected. Phase is the brown or red wire.

To "N" the Neutral wire needs to be connected. This is the blue wire.
