Difference in naming MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 ?

Hello!

I often see offers for

Victron Energy PMP482305012 Multiplus II 48V - 3000VA - 35A

I have to use MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 (the -32 is important), because in Austria (corresponding to the TOR-list) only the 48/3000/35-32 is permitted.

I already have one MPII. On the device itself is "MultiPlus-II 48Volt/3000VA/35Amp"
In Remote Console it is shown as "Product MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32"

So my question.

Is there a difference? Do I have to look at when buying?

Thank you, Andi

Hi @holzbein

The '-32' is the only type of Multiplus II 3000 shown in the pricelist.. https://www.victronenergy.com/media/pricelist/Pricelist_Victron-EURO_2023-Q4_Web.pdf

You might spot though a slight difference in the PMP, ending in 10, not 12. Some explanation for that here.. https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/202718/whats-the-difference-between-various-multiplus-ii.html

By all means voice your concerns to your supplier, but I don't think you'll experience any issues, practical or regulatory.
