Problem with EasySolar-II GX Installation - Goes OFF when Grid is disconnected

We have recently started facing issues with an EasySolar-II GX installation which has been functioning well for the past 3 years. The system is configured to automatically switch to solar when the grid is not available.

The system goes off each time the grid is unavailable.

The batteries all seem healthy and are charging but there's a constant battery low alarm.

The GRID input is constantly abnormal, with values indicating negative input most of the time.

Here's the console reading for the MultiPlus-II parameters

Alarm logs:

I will gladly provide any more information to get assistance with this issue.

Thank you.

What batteries do you have? Is there a fuse between have you checked it?

If anything it is likely the batteries or connection to them that is not well.

We have 12 Ultracell GEL batteries. Yes, there's a fuse and the connection is fine. What about the grid indicated power ? Is it normal ?

Thanks for your help.

No, it's not normal. The Multi is in Bulk state and 'Charging' to a low Battery V, but it isn't. Would be interesting to see the Vbat on the Multi screen, without that V that I suspect is being passed on by DVCC. Look for a disconnect (partial?) between the Multi and the batts.

You could also have a couple of weak batteries in the pack.

Do you have balancers have you done bank rotation etc for maintaining the balance? And make sure all interlinks are tight.

Is this set up as ESS or as a UPS? If you manually disconnect the grid, isolate the pv and run just from batteries, how quickly does the voltage drop on them?
