Ekrano GX displaying incorrect PV inverter models

Hello,

We have completed an Off-grid installation utilising 2 x parrelled 48/10000 Multiplus II, AC coupled with 2 x Fronius Gen24 Primos (6kW). This is the first time we have used the Ekrano instead of the Cerbo and Touch.

The Ekrano finds the inverters, displays the correct serial numbers however it labels them a Fronius Tauro (not Gen24) and subsequently expects the PV inverters to be multiphase. I am unable to change these settings. I can still see the inverting capacity of the PV units but it doesn't display on the (icon) main screen of PAGES.

All the Fronius details on both inverters state Gen24 and have the correct Firmware etc, The Ekrano has also had the latest firmware updated, but no changes to the issue.

I changed out the Ekrano for a cerbo and touch and the unit finds the inverters. They display as Unknown PV inverters, when selecting either Unknown PV inverter it display the correct data for a Gen24 and also has the correct (icon) display data on the main screen PAGES.

No changes were made to the system configuration in between product swap.

Can I please receive some assistance.

Hi,

It requires a power cycle of the PV inverters - disconnect them from PV and AC, and then reconnect and they should begin reporting correctly -

Guy,

I have repeatedly cycled both AC/DC and the issue still remains.

The system remains stuck on Tauro and Multiphase with no PAGES information displayed for PV.

It may not be related, but the last time I checked the 8, 10 and 15kVA MP-II models were not supported in parallel systems and only 3-phase according to the spec sheet, confirmed by Victron in link below.
