Can't change voltage on BP 12/24 220

When connecting the programming I do not get the choise "d" to change voltage as described in the manual. I only get a,b,c

I need to change from 12 to 24V

What to do?

Hi As far as I know these are units are auto selecting depending on the input voltage,
