EV charger NS not detected by Venus GX

Hi, I have just added a NS EV charger, I followed the instructions to enable Modbus TCP in the GX device - the manual says “as soon as modbus TCP has been activated the EVCS shows in the device list” but it does not! I have tried disabling and re-enabling but no luck. How do I get the GX to detect my EV charger as this is the whole reason we purchased a Victron one!

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Can you make sure both devices are in the same network?

If yes, please send me an email with the VRM portal ID if your system and the internal IP of the EVCS, so I can have a look.

Both were on the same network but solved by an upgrade to the firmware of Venus GX and restarting both the Venus and EV charger , thanks to excellent assistance from Independent Power (NZ) Ltd who saved the day
