Multiplus Not Switching to Shore Power

Hello,

I have 2 Multplus 24/3000/70-16 working in parallel.

For some odd reason one will not react to the shore power anymore.

The charger only mode does not function either.

The inverter mode works like it should.

As an electronic guy (worked many years in repair centers) took the faulty unit apart.

The shore power goes to a little transformer which output 17V and is then rectified.

To see further what is done with this voltage is almost impossible to see without desoldering a lot of components.

Is there a schematic or part of a schematic available to see where the shore power is going to and be detected by the Multiplus?

Tom

Open the front cover of the inverter and the AC in terminals is where you measure it. If the correct voltage is there, then something else is wrong.

It is easier to see if it is a problem like rejection if you have a GX device.
