Phoenix MultiPlus charger input frequency

I have a Victron Phoenix Multi Plus 24/3000/70 charger/inverter on my European boat which was installed in France around 2009. The data sheet states that the charger only has an input frequency range of between 45-55hz. However the manual also states that the product can operate at 50hz or 60hz. Can anyone please confirm if the charger will work ok if i plug it into a shore supply in the US of 220v at 60hz? I don't mind if it passes through 60hz but i want to be sure that it wont blow up the charger.

According to the manual that I could find, it's adjustable 45-65Hz, 45-55Hz, 55-65Hz. Does your Multi have VE.Bus?

See page 19 of this manual which is the closest to your Multi's model year. Manual is 2007.
