SOC shows much higher than actual state

BMV-700 with 2 12v batteries and a 100w solar charger.

After a very sunny day of sailing, my SOC says I'm at 97.8%. However, battery voltage is at 12.45V which indicates its rather around 80% charge.

Previously, I had the batteries falling below 12V with the SOC still registering in the 90's.

I have made sure the correct battery capacity was set in the settings and I'm confident I have no other battery draining that wouldn't be registered by the shunt.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Usual cause is incorrect settings in the BMV. Are you charging from solar? Are your batteries AGM or lithium ?

Please post a screen shot of the BMV battery settings
