Can you please help me. I have no idea what the alarm on the picture is for. The batteries are in good condition and my BlueSolar is displaying the alarm. See belove. Thank you

The error symbol with the U0.2 code means that there is a problem with the USB voltage.
See USB info example on page 8 of the manual.
