smart shunt connection

Hi. About to install smart shunt and mppt, just need to clarify ALL negatives except battery go to load side of shunt. I have 3 x 110ah Batteries, inverter and Alternator, plus "house" negatives. Does the alternater Neg also go to the load side of shunt please?

Yes, the alternator goes to the system side of the shunt as do all other negatives apart from the battery negative. All current from charging sources and to liads has to go through the shunt to be counted.
