Battery Protect and Smart Solar MPPT

I have 3 x Smart Solar 100/50 MPPTs feeding a lithium battery bank.

Can I parallel the outputs and use one Battery Protect 12/24 220A to shut off their outputs in the event of the battery reaching its high voltage setting?

Yes that should work fine. The current rating of the 220A Battery Protect is also suitable for 3x50A charge controllers.
