Discharge and charge, not going lower than 98%

Hi! Anyone having a good idea on why the ESS in not going below 99/98% and under load discharge and charge instead of taking the load from battery, see video then you see what I mean. Ess is set to optimize without battery life, and set point is right now 6000w but I tested alot higher and even negative values on that, still just pending on 99/98%

Do you have a separate grid meter?

Feed from DC on?

Im using Shelly 3EM to measure the grid load since battery, multiplus and PV are located in another building. Tested with Energy Meter EM24 - 3 phase but didnt see any difference to switched to Shelly.

Has DC System is off, see below (if you meant DC-coupled PV - feed in excess its also off, only AC-coupled PV - feed in excess is enable)

Sorry i do recall it was in a picture in one of your replies. But they arent loading for me today neither is the video.

Does it draw down the battery if the AC PV is switched off?

Are the BSLs allowing a discharge?
