Dynamic ESS - setting scheduled charging level at 5% stops battery usage

Hi all,

I quite now to this, but have some experience with home automation to a point that the general concepts are quite natural to me. Today I tried to use the Dynamic ESS example in two households as explained via the corresponding manual.

At the moment I deactivated it in both, due to the following behaivior:

While the forecast is to discharge the battery in the upcoming hours, the algorithm keeps setting 10min long "scheduled charging levels" sessions with a minimal SOC of 5% which with the current implementation of "scheduled charging levels" results in the ESS running 100% from grid while the battery is almost full and the prices are high which is not what I would expect it to do.

Who can help me to understand where I am either having the wrong expectation / configuration or this being a bug.

See below pictures of my configuration as well as a screenshot of the behavior described in the Dashboard:

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue. I tried to set this up today. First seems like to work, then Sun was gone and Multiplus started to schedule charging.

Very Confusing, since "Feed in Possible" is off, I would expect that the system never sells energy back.
I tried now following:1689797760761.png

Removing the dynamic from the "Buy Price", that I get a warning :"Unprocessable Entity-Both buy and sell prices are not dynamic. One of them should contain 'p'".
But seems to work, since there is no dynamic in Germany... Who cares.

Also there was once the issue that the grid point was set to -200, and I needed to set manually back. That should not happen I think.

Lets see how it behave the next days.
