Brand new instillation. Quattro keeps reverting to off. Even with AC Out disconnected from any load. It then goes back to inverting before then going back off. Maybe after 5 or 6 seconds. Exactly the same behavior when connected to load.
Faulty unit?
Please remove CAN-BUS terminators from Quattro VE-BUS terminal and also from Cerbo/GX side. VE-BUS newer should be terminated so you can leave not used terminals empty. There is somekind of communication as GX sees Quattro for a few seconds and maybe because of wrong terminator at the port communication is so bad that GX will drop down Quattro as safety measure.
If issue persist look from Victron connect/ Cerbo screen can you see your Quattro at device list.
If Quattro is connected and visible look on remote console what are last errors. If no errors then check under Quattro -> Alarm status and also VE-bus errors. Take photos about errors and states.
If there is no visible issues you may want isolate Quattro from GX by removing VE-BUS cable and connecting PC directly to Quattro by using MK3-USB adapter.
