Grounding/bonding mixed dc systems to rv

Hi all

Just installing 48v system in my rv (solar + shore power inputs)

Infused about grounding.

If I connect my battery negative to chassis, isn’t anything else I connect to chassis effectively connected to battery negative?

Biggest concern is vehicle is electronics. What happens if I have a fault and 48v goes for the chassis? That’s also going to my starter battery and vehicle electronics.

Anyone got a good guide on correct way to ground/bond?

I understand your concern. But it's a non issue.

The AC will also have a chassis ground. On neutral. Much higher than your batteries.

The positive side should be correctly fused. If you wish add a DC breaker to that side.
