Overload pre-alarm

I have an installation with a Quattro 48/5000 120V and want to add a programmable relay that turn on an LED alarm when overload pre-alarm to ultimately turn off the inverter through an external PLC. However, I am not sure how long I should put the delay. as I don´t know when exactly an overload pre-alarm is triggered. Anyone knows this?

Hi, I can’t directly answer you’re question but you might take a look at the ‘inverter overload webinar’.

My experience with overload is that its acting depends on different things as:

- how much overload it gets

- type of setup e.g. ESS, grid connected, stand alone

- when grid connected, is grid available or not

- programmed assistants

-etc.

In my case earlier with an multi 24/1600, grid connected with ignore AC assistant it shuts down within 7 seconds so it can’t even give a pre-alarm.

Maybe take a look at the webinar: https://youtu.be/4SXtGIx0x5w
