yesterday when we connected to the shore power it just started up after 2 hours. I looked at my bmv602s and it charged another 3a at the digital multi control indicated that it was on float, while my battery was at soc 82%. This should normally indicate 100%. When I turned off the victron and re-started the victron again, it immediately went back to bulk and charged 48a. After two hours my batteries were back to 100%. This happened several times, this victron is a new device purchased last year and has malfunction from the beginning, sometimes all goes well, sometimes it doesn't. This is my 2nd device, the other only lasted 9 years but never had this issue. Does anybody have experience with this? Pleasz advice, thank you in advance
