My Cerbo GX is in another state monitoring data and is connected via Ethernet to a peplink modem. Typically, with the right IP (DHCP) setting in the Peplink Modem, the Cerbo GX connects and I am able to see data on the VRM Portal. In this case, the IP address is set correctly on the moodem, but my Cerbo GX is not connected or showing realtime updates which in turn disables me from making any changes to the Cerbo on the VRM Portal since it's offline. How can I fix this issue?
