SOC changing to 100% before charge complete

Hello,


I have a Victron 24/8000/200-2x100 with a Battery Monitor and CCGX system. I'm having a problem whereby when the batteries are being recharged the SOC is suddenly jumping from 60% or 70% to 100% instantaneously. It does not seem to matter what the power source is (generator or grid). It does not happen on every charge cycle. What could cause this? A damaged shunt?
