Color control Gx shuts down

Hello team,

I have a charge controller mppt 450/250 that is only blinking bulk. When i connect it to the color control, the color control restarts?

Also when i connect the connect the color control to the 48V battery bank, it does not power On, It only lights at the back.

What could be causing this?

How did you connect it to the mppt? Ve direct or can, if can was there a terminator?

If it is stuck in a boot loop you may need to try recover it by setting it to factory defaults. If it does not recover it may be dead.
