VE.Can Resistive tank sender

Hi

i had connected VE. Can resistive tank sender to the CCGX, with power by skyla i 24/100, but in the ccgx notification page it is not showing any thing.

skyla i charger failure indication appearing,

i also try with VE,Can power cable connected it is appearing nothing on the notification page. Evan the restive sensor LED not glowing,

I connected with new CCGX panel and found tank resistive sensor LED is glowing but in the notification page nothing is appearing

CCGX upgraded with latest version ,

we connected second new unit restive sensor and found the same,

kindly let me know what could be the causes

I went with these for my GX install. Just need to get the programmer as well to define tank layout, depth, etc... Plugged right into my GX tank port, showed display ID on config page and gallons remaining on home page without issue.
