Hi. I'm fitting a Phoenix Smart Charger, replacing an old charging unit that has a single negative cable out for the 2 batteries it charges.
Can I simply fit a link cable between the 2 smart charge outputs?

If You wish to charge those batteries separately, You can connect 2 chargers negatives together and positives separate.
Inf You wish charge those batteries in parallel, they must be same type batteries
