Is there any way to get the HQ number of my CCGX remotely?

CCGX running v2.91

"Serial number" on VRM device list is blank. VRM portal ID is visible.

I can't see HQ number on VictronConnect - just the VRM portal ID again.

Can't find it in Remote Console either if it's there.

Is there any way to get the HQ number of my CCGX remotely?

Might be a ccgx thing, cerbo does list its serial in device list.

Presume your firmware is current?

v2.91 would assume that's current enough.

Updated to 2.94 for giggles. Still no Serial number.

Is this supposed to be there, or is there a limitation on the CCGX? I'm up to date on 2.94
