EV Charging station problem with Tesla Y

Hi!
I'm trying to install the EV Charger and I have some problems.

It's a single phase installation, I can see the device in VRM / Cerbo.

On the other hand, I see my plant in the display of the EVCS - so I guess everything is fine here.


But as soon as I start charging - doesn't matter if in manual or automatic mode - after some seconds, the stations stops charging with the message "charged".

The car (Tesla Model Y 2023 with original blue Type 2 Cable 3phases) shoes a message like "charger not ready, no power".

The actual power is always 0 kW in the car display, as well as in the chargers display.

Car is 70% charged, charge limit is 90%.

CP Calibration does not help.


Any ideas?

Do you hear the big contactor closing? Charged state is reported when the vehicle is not charging anymore. But, it is also possible if the contactor is not closing. If you are technical enough, please have a look inside and check the wires that are powering the coil for the contactor. Please keep me posted.

Hi!

I can hear a click as soon as I start charging - but the display shows 0 kW.

Not sure which coil - could you give me a hint please?

I'll check tomorrow. Thank you!

I see now on the foto - this cable is not connected - is that correct?

OK - sloved... the cable needs to be connected :) it is now on the upper left connector and everything is fine now. Thank you :)
