I would like to make changes in my user profile. However, the user field under Settings > Users for Cerbo GX is grayed out and no changes are possible. The following message appears as information in the "i" button: %%KEY_NOT_FOUND%%. Can someone help ? Thanks very much

I think you may be talking VRM, rather than Cerbo.
That "i" button is unpopulated, a work-in-progress. Maybe you don't have permissions to do anything there?
