Hi @Boris

The lower unit in the pic is being used to control the batteries' charge. Note the comms connection to a bms.

From the datasheet.. "Note: the BatteryProtect can also be used as a charge interrupter in between a battery charger and a Li-ion
battery. See connection diagram in the manual."

What about reverse current?

The BP for charging is connected in reverse.

Take another closer look and read the manual/look at the schematics in the manual.

I connect the same way as on schematics , but for some reason BP on charge side fail or was defective from beginning, no idea now i am hesitating to connect another unit to test on charge side
