Was able to pair to Apple iPhone. Now I really want connection with Apple IPad. The instructions say enter the Serial number to pair, Do I have to enter with capitals and numbers, or do I enter the default “000000”. I’m confused. I’ve tried both many times.
Just to confirm, you're not trying to pair via the ipad bluetooth menu (which is not how to do it), you're opening the VC app and entering 000000 when VC prompts you to pair?
The pin should be 000000 unless you changed it.
The PUK to reset it should be on the back of the device.
