How to update a 3 Phase Quattro system

3 Phase system

CCGX

2 x SmartSolar MPPT VE Can 250/100

3 x Quattro 48/5000/70 2x100

30kVa Generator

My question is this, if I disconnect the CCGX and connect the mk3 interface then saved the settings in Victron Connect, after the upgrade and I load the settings again via Victron Connect would all the settings be reinstalled or would I need to use VEConfigure to set it up as a 3 Phase system again?


Excuse the dumb questions its just that I am in Mozambique and the installer is working out of country at the moment and I am having issues when the generator starts automatically, the one inverter is picking up the incoming voltage as over 250V even though tested at the inverter as 231V.

I want to do a firmware upgrade to see if this fixes the issue.

Jy het n jaar terug n smartgen gesetup op n victron multiplus.

Ek sit nou met dieselle ding maar ek is nie seker waar om te begin nie kan jy my miskien help?

I just did an update on my 2 Quattros.

I downloaded the config for each through VRM (VE.connect).

Updated the firmware.

Uploaded the the config for each through VRM (VE.connect).

Then used VE.BusConfig to reset my split phase system.
