Bonsoir, j'ai le module Smart dongle qui se branché sur le port de mon onduleur Phœnix. Il demande a changer le mot de passe, ce que je fait mais a chaque fois que je quitte et reviens sur l'onduleur il me redemande toujours de changer le code car le code est toujours 6x0. Donc le Smart dongle n'enregistre pas les nouveaux mot de passe défini depuis l'application.
Du coup, je suis obligé de le laissé en 6x0 tout le temps. Il y a une solution pour changer ça?

Thanks for the answer, i go to Phoenix inverter, change the password from the change password pop-up and returned to main menu for generate service reports.

Thank you for reporting this and providing the service log. With this, we found a problem in VictronConnect which indeed prevents it from actually changing the pincode. This will be fixed in a future release. In the mean time, what you can do is go to the product info page (via the settings menu and then the three dots on the upper right) and change the pincode there.
