Day use only of MPPT 100/20 for fan

I am using 1 240W solar panel to charge 2 90amphr deep cycle marine batteries and blow a 12 V / 5.1amp fan during the day, through a MPPT 100/20 Victron Charge Controller. I would like the fan to run from sunrise to sunset, or a fixed number of hours during the day (~12hrs), but not at night, while controlled by the charge controller. I am having trouble using the Streetlight mode to achieve these settings. Any suggestions on how to use the charge controller to only power the fan during the day would be greatly appreciated!

By using the voltage. User defined algorithm 2(!) Under load in the settings. Voltage between say 14.5 and 13.7 V and the fan will blow when there is enough light and it will not drain the battery. If the batteries dont need charging it is maybe 30 to 45 minutes after sun up that 13.7 V are reached.
